Gilderoy, named for Gilderoy Lockhart.
Yarn: Sunshine Yarns “Starry Night”
Pattern: Made it up. 2.0mm Addi Turbo needles. Magic Loop. Knit toe-up using the Magic Cast-On, alternating 2×2 rib, short row heel, worked leg ’til I felt like stopping.
Comments: Nothing like a snug fitting ribbed sock in fun colors with tight, tiny stitches. Mmmm.

And just imagine how Mrs. Weasley would swoon over Lockhart, if he raised his robes to show a little leg while wearing these… ;^)

Very Gilderoy… very cool! I love the thought of Lockhart shimmying his robes up just a wee bit so the ladies can catch a glimpse of his uber-sexy hand-knit socks. Wait… is that a sock-based fan fic I feel coming on? ;)
