alright, alright already

I’m thrilled she’s done though. It is rather freeing. This shawl is massive. I took her off the needles and she was already big enough to be going on with. Then when I blocked her, well, she grew. Immensely. She reaches below my knees. But then, I’m short.
Eventually I will find something plain enough (because I certainly don’t have anything formal enough) to wear so I can go out in the sunlight and get some better shots.

She is absolutely beautiful! I love the way she looks on the railing. Hey….maybe she could be a decorator shawl???

CONGRATULATIONS! (Do we get an updated graphic all colored in now too?) It is sooooo lovely - but so big! Man, that is huge! I was considering making it, but I might just have to figure out how to alter the pattern to make it smaller, as I don’t need one that big. But so lovely. *swoon*

It’s beautiful! Talk about a lot of hard work. I’m very impressed! Bring it to the next Knit In, will ya’? That way we can all pet it - or try to hide it in our knitting bags. No? You’d better keep it pinned to you then! :)
