Ides of March and all that

Posted on March 15th, 2007 at 12:36 pm

I’m not sure why I always feel the need to note this date, like its another Friday the 13th or something. I’m sure I only read the play like once.

So far it’s been a good day, despite possible impending danger. I just got back from lunch with Justin, the kids, and another new knitting project.

Mmmm angel hair pasta with artichokes from Johnny Carino’s. I ate maybe 1/3 of that.

The new project is Stephanie Japel’s Simple Knitted Bodice, which is now into the 2nd ball of Berroco Love It as of the return trip from home. You can’t tell from the picture, but the yarn is black. Black is hard to photograph.

Just a little something to break up the seemingly endless lace that is the project I mentioned the other day. A repeat here, a repeat there. Both are fun to knit and I’m a happy elf today.

Are you loving the Love It? I’m thinking of getting it for the shop, but I’ve never used it before. What do you think?
