Kindergarten! It's so fun...and I loved that first day of school picture of Jamie! Soooo cute. I think that's a great way to use Opal's rainforest yarn! It looks fabulous as a multidirectional scarf. Very nice. I'm with you on the yawn factor with scarves though. I've got a branching out going that isn't, well, going at the moment. Aah. Kindergarten! You are right about Kindergarten...it seems one barely takes the kid and it's time to pick up. Some schools in my area have gone to all day kinder instead of half day. Volunteer in the school office during some of that time. It makes the day whiz by and you can learn more about the people at the school.
