Cedar Dancing Socks

Posted on September 10th, 2007 at 12:06 pm

Who doesn’t love socks that are started and completed in the same month? These certainly went much faster than my last pair, which I think were on the needles for 3 or 4 months. Things must just be lined up really well for sock knitting lately.

Cedar Dancing Socks
Pattern:
Cedar Dancing Socks, by Cat Bordhi from New Pathways for Sock Knitters, Book One
Yarn:
Sweet Georgia Superwash Sock, a gift from Julie
Comments:
I am totally impressed by Cat B’s new sock “architectures.” I loved this one and can’t wait to try several more.
These socks are not for me, hence the lack of Harry Potter name.

Love the socks! Nice speed on those. I’ve been working on my Hedera for…uh…4 months? Hahaha…

Cute. That is one sock knitting book I don’t have. Looks like it’s time to go shopping.

You should totally give them a Harry Potter name and give them to Harlot with the name. You KNOW she’d understand!

Or… I’ll take them off your hands. They fit, after all…

Very pretty! And it makes me feel better just reading that you occasionally have projects that stay on the needles for four months! :)
