Rollo Pretzel Things
Posted on June 5th, 2008 at 3:36 pmI’m eating the yummiest things right now, so I thought I’d share. Mom-in-law made them at Christmas and then we made some this morning before they left. Super easy, although NOT healthy. So, indulge at your own risk. (These are SO not helping the weight problem thing.) Enjoy
Rollo Pretzel Things (Who knows what they’re called?)

You’ll need:
Mini pretzels (Essential for catching the melted stuff)
Rollo candies
Pecans (Or anything else yummy that you can put on top and squish the Rollos down with)
Heat oven to 250 degrees. Lay pretzels down on baking sheet (Parchment paper is helpful here, to avoid a mess.) Put a Rollo candy on top of each pretzel. Heat them in oven for 3-5 minutes (Til they’re squishable.)
Remove from oven and while they’re still hot, push a pecan half down on top of each of the candies. Let cool. Nom nom nom.

They look absolutely delicious! Are they the salty pretzels? We actually have Rolos here! I could make some - this is my type of cooking!
